Browsing through Xanga blogs, I stumbled upon a music video. By the time the bass leads into the pre-chorus with a buttery run I get washed away for the rest of the song.

Clazziquai was my first exposure to Korean music. Their sound blends acid jazz, house, various latin genres, and many more to create something I had never heard before. No matter the direction the song goes in there is always a charming, gentle, mellow essence in the vocals, arrangements, and progressions.

I visited their website on the Wayback Machine recently and it automatically downloaded a WMV trailer for their 2nd album, Color Your Soul, to my computer. You can now view it here if you're curious.
