	I Love It Here, I Live Here Artist: Luge \| Release Date: 2023.09.08 Angular, off-kilter, electric fence. I was feeling stuffy, but this cut through it. Vocals like Delta 5 or kinda B-52s. Favorite Track: A Little Bit (a Lot of) ★★★★☆
	TANGK Artist: IDLES \| Release Date: 2024.02.16 Slightly-less than modern rock, if that makes sense. Each song gets going, but never quite gets there. Good for light headbanging while doing something else. Favorite Track: Hall & Oates ★★☆☆☆
	FRR Artist: 죠지 (George) \| Release Date: 2023.04.06 If nobody got me, I know this album got me. This is K-RnB 말이죠. The fuck is with people named George and making music so good. Favorite Track: better ★★★★★
	Are Euphoria Artist: Dustin Wong, Takako Minekawa \| Release Date: 2017.06.16 More structured than the last Dustin album. Plus Takako is here ayy. Could've been on the Adventure Time OST. Jerky, plastic, found object art, teeter-totter. Favorite Track: Elastic Astral Peel ★★☆☆☆
	Drop 7 Artist: Little Simz \| Release Date: 2024.02.09 Short, fun mixtape kinda thing with dancey beats. Not naming it my favorite, but the marimba type sound in SOS reminds me of blitzball. Very sick and cool music. Favorite Track: I Ain't Feelin It ★★★☆☆

	PHASOR Artist: Helado Negro \| Release Date: 2024.02.09 Garage band, latin grooves, warm synths, 60s lounge, understated singing. Purple, light blue, orange. Wish I could be as stylish when I get to this dude's age. Favorite Track: Wish You Could Be Here ★★★☆☆
	도시의 속마음 (Hearts of the City) Artist: 이진아 (Lee Jinah) \| Release Date: 2023.09.13 Jazz piano some times smooth and comforting, some times frantic and staccato. Vocals more gentle than your childhood blankey. Breaks my heart then sows it back up. Spooks me then comforts me. Bridges, duets, left turns, solos, glockenspiel. Favorite Track: 여행의 끝에서 (End of the Journey) ♥ Revisit ♥
	hella (˃̣̣̥╭╮˂̣̣̥) ✧ ♡ ‧º·˚ Artist: 1999 WRITE THE FUTURE \| Release Date: 2024.02.09 Love letter to growing up in the yay areaaaaaaaaa. Friends new and old, near and far all over the feature list. Insanely long run time for an album released in 2024, but I never got tired of it. Favorite Track: PLAYSTATION 2 ★★★★☆
	Buhloone Mindstate Artist: De La Soul \| Release Date: 1993.09.21 Realizing just now that 90s hip-hop flow was still very much 80s flow in a lot of ways. Head bopping the whole way through. Love the album cover. Just saw a cassette copy at the store. Favorite Track: Breakadawn ★★☆☆☆
	GROG Artist: Frog \| Release Date: 2023.11.17 Mandolin, jangly guitar, piano like it was recorded on a phone, singing like at a porch jam. Indie, country, notes of funk, light-hearted, dark moments, pretty potato. Reminds me of Dent May with a higher voice. White American music gone good. Favorite Track: So Twisted Fate ★★★★☆
	Synthesis+ Artist: Casper Sage \| Release Date: 2023.08.25 Guitar driven RnB with a little indie pop in there, too. Got some grooves. Got some sweet singing One track sounds like Frank Ocean. You know the one. Favorite Track: U4EA ★★☆☆☆
	100% PROD I.V. Artist: Lucy (Cooper B. Handy) \| Release Date: 2024.01.19 Goofy ahh sounding production and singing. Love it. The sincerity and genuinely catchy melodies bring you in. Will get the hardest thug (me) crying at the function with one hand up in the air. Favorite Track: Anniversary ★★★★★
	Everything Harmony Artist: The Lemon Twigs \| Release Date: 2023.05.05 Soft, sweet, baroque pop rock. Rated PG for the whole family. Clean, throwback perfected, like some lost record of the 60s or 70s just unearthed. Favorite Track: Any Time Of Day ★★☆☆☆
	Late Spring Artist: Chihei Hatakeyama \| Release Date: 2021.05.28 One-take recordings of improvization on modular synthesizers. Reminded me of the OST to the game Overland. Enveloping, floating in a salt bath, coming out to see the sunrise and set at the same time. Favorite Track: Spica ★★★★☆
	*1 Artist: Rắn Cạp Đuôi \| Release Date: 2023.04.23 Felt like jumping into a zine with its pages being blown around by the wind. Each page completely different from the last, but I'm experiencing them all at once. In your face at one moment, wide open the next. Blend of shimmery, metallic, unstable sounds with pads of mouth organ, sung long-notes, and bubbly glitches. Favorite Track: Bloody ★★★★☆
	馬 (Horse) Artist: betcover!! \| Release Date: 2023.10.17 Hair-raising, raw, spiky, free. Vocals sung more as a story, shrill guitars, crunchy bass, unapologetic drums, classy piano and flute. Holding on for dear life and loving every second of it. Favorite Track: 鏡 (Mirror) ★★★★★
	무너지기 (Crumbling) Artist: 공중도둑 (Mid-Air Theif) \| Release Date: 2019.06.17 Dreamy, hazy, tape. A feather drifting in either a gentle breeze or a sudden gust. Feel like it took me somewhere and I haven't come back yet. Crazy how long I put off listening to this. Favorite Track: 쇠사슬 (These Chains) ★★★★☆
