	Ceres & Calypso in the Deep Time Artist: Candy Claws \| Release Date: 2013.06.25 Like the SweetTrip album if it was all rockiiiiin. Chugging guitars, harpsichord and other sixties sounds, saturated. One song reminds me of enka. Favorite Track: New Forest (Five Heads Of The Sun) ★★★☆☆
	velocity : design : comfort. Artist: SweetTrip \| Release Date: 2003.06.17 Mostly glitchy 00s-era future lounge and also some rockiiiiin. I also want to be in a band that utilizes heavy use of male/female unison vocals. Very fun listening through headphones. Favorite Track: Fruitcake and Cookies ★★★★☆
	夢中夢 (Dream in Dream) Artist: Cornelius \| Release Date: 2023.06.30 Cornelius doing what he do. Round analog, guitar coming at you in stereo, singing long notes. Haven't been in a very Cornelius mood in a minute not sure why. Favorite Track: Drifts ★★☆☆☆
	Psykos Artist: Yung Lean, Bladee \| Release Date: 2024.03.13 Another one I enjoyed more the first time, but ended up really not wanting to listen again. One-dimensional mud. Hey, I love the bladee memes tho. Favorite Track: Enemy ★☆☆☆☆
	Bright Future Artist: Adrianne Lenker \| Release Date: 2024.03.22 Ain't never heard someone in a Stetson sing so frail and vulnerable. Deceivingly simple, but with a sad charm that got me hooked. Honesty is the best policy. Favorite Track: Donut Seam ★★★★★
	살아숨셔 3 (Breathe 3) Artist: 염따 (Yumdda) \| Release Date: 2020.11.28 Had more fun on the first listen, then it wore off instantly. Still going dumb if this gets put on in the club. Probably. Still mad at this dude for not understanding the assignment when he did the feature for Meenoi. Favorite Track: 트루만쇼 (Truman Show) ★☆☆☆☆
	DEMO Artist: 원슈타인 (Wonstein) \| Release Date: 2023.05.30 Got a tone like no one else in Korean hip hop. Beats soft, but with some pushback like a castella. Favorite Track: I Don't Believe The Chart ★★★☆☆
	DLC Artist: Fisherman \| Release Date: 2024.03.21 Woozy, crisp, early 90s hip hop inspired bars Smooth lines, loosey goosey beats, seasoned with some lo-fi. Too short. Can't wait for more. Favorite Track: Stalkin' ★★★☆☆
	Mika's Laundry Artist: Matt Champion \| Release Date: 2024.03.22 Field of fireflies on VHS accidentally recorded over a precious family event. Matt Champion signature vocal fry nonstop mix feat strained whispers. If your favorite BH album is GINGER then you'll love this. Favorite Track: Green ★★★☆☆
	One and the Other Artist: Teddy Hyde \| Release Date: 2022.07.22 Frenetic, schizophrenic, New York-ass wild shit. If you were walking around while listening to this you'd start seeing ripples then stumble into some HIJINKS. The ouroboros thing is cute. I wouldn't mind letting it loop one more time. Favorite Track: On the Moon ★★★★☆
	NJWMX Artist: NewJeans \| Release Date: 2023.12.19 I like NewJeans, but wasn't interested in listening to this remix album until I learned 250 had a hand in producing all their hits and in this he remixes them so. Still chill and cool and good times but with a little more funny 250 vibe and RnB when the other guy does the remix instead. Would've been nice if the remixes had more of their own thing going on. Favorite Track: OMG (FRNK Remix) ★★★☆☆
	BXX Artist: Purple Kiss \| Release Date: 2024.03.19 This really do be a girl group EP. I tried to guess which song was the single and I got it wrong. The one girl in this group has a voice like Youra's. Still haven't thought of the right adjective. Whispy? Favorite Track: BBB ★☆☆☆☆
	Three Artist: Four Tet \| Release Date: 2024.03.15 Beeps and textures and gentle electronics. He done it again. Great album for your next coding jam. Nice shapes and colors on the cover. Favorite Track: 31 Bloom ★★☆☆☆
	trip9love...??? Artist: Tirzah \| Release Date: 2023.09.05 Muffled, one-dimensional, like a beach where the sand better described as tiny jagged rocks . But at least stepping on rocks would wake you up. Couldn't tell you where one song ends and the next begins. Favorite Track: F22 ★☆☆☆☆
	Levande Charader Artist: Slutavverkning \| Release Date: 2023.09.01 Angular, chaotic, so much yelling in a language I do not recognize. Say a playlist titled "Return of the Flute" and I guess they weren't lying. This band was not on the playlist, though. It's fun to be angry. Favorite Track: Psykisk terror ★★★☆☆
	Arthur Verocai Artist: Arthur Verocai \| Release Date: 1972.01.01 Yes, there is wah guitar, yes there are rhodes solos, yes there are 70s horns harmonies. Yes, almost everything is panned hard right or left. Bossa nova, but the band is bigger. Favorite Track: Na boca do sol ★★☆☆☆
	GAUSSIAN Artist: 유라 (youra) \| Release Date: 2021.02.19 What's a good word to describe singing voices like this? Nice anyway. She got a youtube show right now and it's kind of alright. Nothing piqued my interest after the first track. Favorite Track: 미미 (MIMI) ★☆☆☆☆
	WORLD WIDE WHACK Artist: Tierra Whack \| Release Date: 2024.03.15 Ms. Whack gone sad ꌩ-ꌩ Still a little goofiness here and there. Can't wait to hear the next album six years from now. Favorite Track: IMAGINARY FRIENDS ★★★☆☆
	일상다반사 (日常茶飯事) Artist: 롤러커스터 (Rollercoaster) \| Release Date: 2000.08.01 Like listening to a band at a local cafe. Feels like they inspired a looooot of drama OST producers back in the day. Got this album suggested to me because they're from the same time as another band I really love and I'm kind of bummed it didn't click with me. Favorite Track: 힘을 내요, 미스터 김 ★☆☆☆☆
	Pathos Artist: yeule \| Release Date: 2016.12.11 Extreme levels of floaty bedroom indie ambient softness. A great album to zone the fuck out to lying on the floor with your legs up on the sofa. Very different from the first yeule album I listened to in January. Favorite Track: Promise ★★☆☆☆
	Madness Always Turns to Sadness Artist: Tabber \| Release Date: 2023.10.25 Perfect soundtrack for the trendy clothing store on the third floor designed to look run down, but also y2k chrome is everywhere and they only hang one of each item they offer on a single rack in the middle of the store. One pair of plain white socks cost $40. Got some smooth, got some aggresive, all very clean. Favorite track is a banger. Favorite Track: Being ★☆☆☆☆
	In the Machine Artist: Digimechanoid \| Release Date: 2022.06.03 Yelling, breaks, acid bass, growling synths. Challenge Mode Nonstop Mix. More like 6 movements of a larger piece rather than completely separate songs. For as aggresive as it never tired out my ears. Means I can headbang for longer. Favorite Track: Cease & Desist ★★★☆☆
	The Winning Artist: 아이유 (IU) \| Release Date: 2024.02.20 Excluding Pieces, haven't really enjoyed an IU album since Love Poem. Still true. Happy she thinks of it as her favorite album. Good for her. Tried to get concert tickets, but failed miserably. Guess I didn't really need to go anyway. Favorite Track: 홀씨 (Holssi) ★☆☆☆☆
	Post Artist: Björk \| Release Date: 1995.06.13 Seen this album cover here and there before. This is where that broadway ahh song comes from??? I appreciate it, but just don't enjoy it as much as Debut. Favorite Track: Enjoy ★★★☆☆
	eternal sunshine Artist: Ariana Grande \| Release Date: 2024.03.08 She sanging, she saying what she want, she vibing. Catchy with some interesting things here and there. It's just good! Favorite Track: eternal sunshine ★★★☆☆
	Debut Artist: Björk \| Release Date: 1993.07.01 Crazy I'm only now listening to her stuff. Very 90s, but still fresh. Reminds me of XTC (somehow), Pizzicato Five, Caroline Polacheck, other good artists all at the same time. Favorite Track: Crying ★★★★★
	Fantasies Artist: Bombay Bicycle Club \| Release Date: 2024.02.23 Fun and sweet indie rock. Some jangle, some horns, all duets. Do they have a dedicated marimba player or what's up with that? Favorite Track: Fantasneeze ★★★☆☆
	Natural Brown Prom Queen Artist: Sudan Archives \| Release Date: 2022.09.09 Heard and liked Home Maker a while back and finally decided to listen to the album. Some odd choices here and there. So underwhelming I couldn't bring myself to get through all 18 tracks. Favorite Track: Loyal (EDD) ★☆☆☆☆
	가볍고 수많은 (Light, Many) Artist: 백현진 (Baek Hyunjin)\| Release Date: 2019.11.29 Just a dude feeling all the emotions to some sparse, laid-back grooves. Singing like nobody's listening, but actually I'm listening and enjoy it very much. I need to go to one of his shows one day. Favorite Track: 빛 (Light) ★★★☆☆
	Good Thing Artist: Leon Bridges \| Release Date: 2018.05.04 Very smooth, very clean, very modern. But also very classic soul. Started out strong, but lost steam halfway through. Favorite Track: Bad Bad News ★★☆☆☆
	Blue Lips Artist: ScHoolboy Q \| Release Date: 2024.03.01 Bars, soul samples, dirty bass, did I say bars? Some slappers, but can't see myself listening to this that often. GANG ACTIVITIES Favorite Track: Cooties ★★☆☆☆
	Lost Tapes 1 (DATA034) Artist: zabutom \| Release Date: 2014.02.16 High-energy chiptune tracker jams. Feel like a boy with a cannon for an arm. Crazy how much people can still get out of chiptune. Favorite Track: My alien shoes ★★☆☆☆
	GRIP Artist: serpentwithfeet \| Release Date: 2024.02.16 Sexy music for doing beautiful things to. Like I'm getting whispered to. I hope you're listening, too. Favorite Track: Ellipsis ★★★☆☆
	Underdressed at the Symphony Artist: Faye Webster \| Release Date: 2024.03.01 The way she sings is really fun to listen to. Wasn't ready for the Lil Yatchy feature (string beeeeans). For as relaxed as most of the tempos are I was still grooving. Favorite Track: But Not Kiss ★★★★☆
	Your Favorite Things Artist: 柴田聡子 (Satoko Shibata) \| Release Date: 02.28.2024 Dreamy guitar, reserved singing, soft palettes, some dancier tracks, too. Haven't been that excited about any of her projects in a while, sadly. Seems like this one going off for a lot of people tho so I'm happy for her. Favorite Track: Movie Light ★★☆☆☆
	Skylarking Artist: XTC \| Release Date: 1986.10.27 Serious, hopeful, depressed, fantastical, mysterious, very English. Just heard the story of how the original release wasn't punchy enough because of a wiring issue at the studio and they only found out 20 years later. Insane. Still don't understand how I literally have not heard a single person in my life or on the internet talk about XTC. Favorite Track: 1000 Umbrellas ♥ Revisit ♥
	平成 (Heisei) Artist: 折坂悠太 (Yuta Orisaka) \| Release Date: 2018.10.03 I don't know how I first heard of this album, but it instantly clicked and never let me go. Trad jazz style barnburners, intimate guitar ballads, vocals that hit, unabashedly Japanese. Every track catchy, every melody a ride. Favorite Track: 逢引き (Aibiki) ♥ Revisit ♥
